-Ingredients 

2 peeled green Plantains 

 Shredded Spiced Boiled Beef

 1 tomato

 1 onion

 1 green pepper



 Green plantains are fried in hot oil.  When they are golden, they are taken out and mashed and fried again until they have a darker golden color. Sauté the onion and chili, then add the tomato  (all diced), add the meat and add a touch of salt, pepper, garlic powder and tomato sauce.  Let it fry for 5 minutes.  Lower the heat and cook for 10 more minutes. Serve as a sandwich, the bread would be green plantains.
