Adam's All Star Frittata by Adam

Heat your oven to 425 degress. Dice an onion and some carlic in a pan with oil and salt. Add diced potatos and sautee. Once your potatos are golden brown add a diced red pepper and beat five eggs in a bowl with a splash of milk. Once all ingredients are fried together add the egg and milk mixture into the pan. Let the egg sit on the stovetop for one minute and add a sprinkle of cheese on top. Place in the oven for 20-35 minutes. Take the fritatta out of the oven and enjoy!

 Inspired by a recipe originally written by Clara Gonzalez   2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (peanut, soy or corn) 1 lb Dominican salami [0.45 kg - See notes] (Amazon affiliate) 1/4 cup cubanelle (cubanela)  peppers, chopped 1 pinch orégano 1 teaspoon crushed garlic 1/3 cup of chopped celery (optional) 1/3 cup of diced carrot (optional) 1/4 cup of pitted olives (optional) Pinch of pepper 1 cup of diced auyama (West Indian pumpkin or kabocha squash 1 teaspoon cilantro or parsley , finely chopped 1 cup of tomato sauce 6 cups of water 2 teaspoons of salt 4 cups rice Instructions  Cut the salami into cubes. Heat oil over high heat in a large deep bottomed pot. Add salami or sausage and brown.   2 Pound ground beef  5 pieces garlic 1 Onion 1 Spoon Goya Seasoning  3 Spoon vegetable oil  1 Green pepper  2 Can 16oz diced tomato 2 sweet yellow plantain 2 spoon butter 1 pound mozzarella cheese 1 spoon salt 2 liters water 1 egg (This recipe is for 7-8 people.)    To cook the meat: Wash the meat, add the garlic, the Goya seasoning, and add the teaspoon of salt.   -Ingredients  2 peeled green Plantains   Shredded Spiced Boiled Beef  1 tomato  1 onion  1 green pepper  Green plantains are fried in hot oil.  When they are golden, they are taken out and mashed and fried again until they have a darker golden color. Sauté the onion and chili, then add the tomato  (all diced), add the meat and add a touch of salt, pepper, garlic powder and tomato sauce.  Let it fry for 5 minutes.  Lower the heat and cook for 10 more minutes. Serve as a sandwich, the bread would be green plantains.

  Ingredients  1 gala, pink lady, or fuji apple,peeled  and cut into 1- inch cubes  teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 ripe d'anjou  or red pear, peeled and  ⅛      teaspoon ground cinnamon Preparation  Place the apple in a steamer pot  over boiling water and for 3 minutes . Place apples, pears and cinnamon in a food processor and puree until smooth . Serve. Also, If pears are firm/hard, you can steam them for 3 minutes with the apples.
