Shrimp Mac & Cheese by Dalce

Ingredients: 1 packet (206 g) macaroni & cheese 6 cups water 6 pre-cooked jumbo shrimps ¼ cup margarine 1 tablespoon olive oil ½ cup red pepper 1 medium onion ¼ cup evaporated milk 2 tablespoons ketchup ¼ cup cheese 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 lemon (juice) Preparation Boil water with a teaspoon of salt Pour macaroni into boiled water Let cook 7-10 minutes Drain macaroni Put shrimps into a seasoning mixture Saute shrimps into margarine and olive oil Add red pepper and onion Add milk, ketchup, cheese, garlic, and lemon juice Mix well until smooth in 5 minutes Serve hot with toasted bread
