Ingredients: 1 packet (206 g) macaroni & cheese 6 cups water 6 pre-cooked jumbo shrimps ¼ cup margarine 1 tablespoon olive oil ½ cup red pepper 1 medium onion ¼ cup evaporated milk 2 tablespoons ketchup ¼ cup cheese 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 lemon (juice) Preparation Boil water with a teaspoon of salt Pour macaroni into boiled water Let cook 7-10 minutes Drain macaroni Put shrimps into a seasoning mixture Saute shrimps into margarine and olive oil Add red pepper and onion Add milk, ketchup, cheese, garlic, and lemon juice Mix well until smooth in 5 minutes Serve hot with toasted bread

Adam's All Star Frittata by Adam

Heat your oven to 425 degress. Dice an onion and some carlic in a pan with oil and salt. Add diced potatos and sautee. Once your potatos are golden brown add a diced red pepper and beat five eggs in a bowl with a splash of milk. Once all ingredients are fried together add the egg and milk mixture into the pan. Let the egg sit on the stovetop for one minute and add a sprinkle of cheese on top. Place in the oven for 20-35 minutes. Take the fritatta out of the oven and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS Black beans Virgin olive oil Pork shoulder, cut into chunks 2 large onions, sliced 1 head of garlic, peeled and chopped Carne seca or corned beef, cut into chunks Fresh sausages, such as chorizo or Italian sausage Smoked sausage Water Salt Cut the meats and sausages in small parts. Fried everything together inside pressure cooker. Put water until everything desapear and let after the pressure during 40 minutes. After ready eat with rice and fried kale.
