  -Ingredients  2 peeled green Plantains   Shredded Spiced Boiled Beef  1 tomato  1 onion  1 green pepper  Green plantains are fried in hot oil.  When they are golden, they are taken out and mashed and fried again until they have a darker golden color. Sauté the onion and chili, then add the tomato  (all diced), add the meat and add a touch of salt, pepper, garlic powder and tomato sauce.  Let it fry for 5 minutes.  Lower the heat and cook for 10 more minutes. Serve as a sandwich, the bread would be green plantains.

Ingredients: 1 packet (206 g) macaroni & cheese 6 cups water 6 pre-cooked jumbo shrimps ¼ cup margarine 1 tablespoon olive oil ½ cup red pepper 1 medium onion ¼ cup evaporated milk 2 tablespoons ketchup ¼ cup cheese 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 lemon (juice) Preparation Boil water with a teaspoon of salt Pour macaroni into boiled water Let cook 7-10 minutes Drain macaroni Put shrimps into a seasoning mixture Saute shrimps into margarine and olive oil Add red pepper and onion Add milk, ketchup, cheese, garlic, and lemon juice Mix well until smooth in 5 minutes Serve hot with toasted bread

  2 Pound ground beef  5 pieces garlic 1 Onion 1 Spoon Goya Seasoning  3 Spoon vegetable oil  1 Green pepper  2 Can 16oz diced tomato 2 sweet yellow plantain 2 spoon butter 1 pound mozzarella cheese 1 spoon salt 2 liters water 1 egg (This recipe is for 7-8 people.)    To cook the meat: Wash the meat, add the garlic, the Goya seasoning, and add the teaspoon of salt.
