Feijoada by Aldene
INGREDIENTS
Black beans
Virgin olive oil
Pork shoulder, cut into chunks
2 large onions, sliced
1 head of garlic, peeled and chopped
Carne seca or corned beef, cut into chunks
Fresh sausages, such as chorizo or
Italian sausage
Smoked sausage
Water
Salt
Cut the meats and sausages in small parts.
Fried everything together inside
pressure cooker.
Put water until everything desapear and let
after the pressure during 40 minutes.
After ready eat with rice and fried kale.
